Case Study: Orangeville Chrysler

Orangeville Chrysler is a franchisee of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and part of The Brackett Automotive Group. Orangeville Chrysler is located on the eastern edge of this growing community and serves as the FCA flagship store for Orangeville, Shelburne, Caledon, Mono and Dufferin County. This large dealership provides for all the customers’ needs with both new and used cars, as well as factory-trained technicians and a professional service team. This bright and modern 10,000 square foot facility, ensures that Orangeville Chrysler’s clients receive the best possible sales and service support for all their vehicle needs.

Our Role

Sensyst was engaged by the dealership principal, Danny Brackett, at the recommendation of the architect, to assist with finishes, layout and furniture procurement, to ensure that the FCA standards were maintained.  Mr. Brackett believes in working with and buying from, local service providers and yet most, if not all of FCA’s standards are American-based. So, from the outset, our team needed to source local solutions that were equivalent or exceeded FCA’s standards and that, if at possible, were less expensive than the FCA standards.

Our Approach

We see Sensyst as an extension of the Orangeville Chrysler team. We work directly with the dealer principle to assess objectives and create strategies that pushed the project forward. We are not just a project vendor; we see ourselves as a business partner – our client’s success will be our success. With collaboration and efficiency at the core of our approach, we worked together with the architect, the general contractor and the dealer principal, to create a great new retail experience for Orangeville Chrysler and their clients.

Our Solution

In order to provide the best solution for Orangeville Chrysler, we researched all FCA standards and guidelines to ensure that Mr. Brackett direction were fulfilled. Then working with our vendors, we found local Canadian-made products and solutions to exceed his expectations and be respectful of his budget. Also, to ensure Orangeville Chrysler’s business would be minimally impacted by the renovations, we provided the client with a phased approach to this entire project.

The Result

Orangeville Chrysler now has a fantastic new two-story facility with a bright open concept, floor to ceiling windows and a welcoming client services area. The entire project prioritized the layout, infrastructure and business optimization through interior design, product sourcing and project execution.

“Thanks so much for all that you have contributed to help us make the dealership look special, we really appreciate it.” – Danny Brackett, Dealer Principal
