A 45,000 sq.ft contact center, located in Toronto, leased a new larger two level office space, for a new fresh look. Sensyst was engaged to oversee the entire process and we provided this contact center with: planning; complete interior design services; building permit application; tendering services to select a preferred contractor; management of the build-out process; move management; and the supply and installation of the required furniture.
With a space this large and a high employee load it was important to provide acoustical solutions. Sensyst was happy to provide acoustical furniture and an acoustical ceiling to help with sound control and noise reduction. Our client is very pleased with the outcome and as you can see in the photos, the space looks great.
