Our passionate team took great pride in assisting Gatestone in finding the perfect location, conducting in-depth market research and site assessments to ensure a great fit. We also played a vital role in negotiating the lease, securing terms that truly aligned with our client's long-term vision and goals.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our commitment remained unwavering throughout the 14-month project timeline. Transforming an outdated office space from the 1990s, previously used for financial services, into a cutting-edge contact center was anything but easy! It required creative design solutions and thoughtful planning. With the unwavering support and vision from Gatestone's team, we successfully turned their aspirations into reality. The result? A stunning facility that not only met but exceeded everyone's expectations, establishing a new standard for contact center design in the industry.
