Back-of-house storage, staging, and replenishment are sized to the inventory strategy. Test fits cover inline, corner, kiosk, and pop-up formats, with AODA accessibility and landlord criteria built in.

Layered lighting (ambient/accent/task), acoustic control, and brand-right finishes pair with modular millwork and fixtures for fast resets. Planograms and merchandising zones are defined with clear wayfinding and price communication.
