Spline Group required a new workplace that would support its growing engineering and project management team while reflecting the company's collaborative culture and technical expertise. Sensyst partnered with Spline Group to transform a 3,866 sq. ft. commercial space into a modern, flexible office that balances focused work, client engagement, and team collaboration through thoughtful planning and integrated building systems.

The Process

Working closely with Spline Group, Sensyst developed a functional workplace that combines open workstations, private offices, collaborative meeting spaces, and employee amenities. The project included the integration of upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, enhanced power and data infrastructure, energy-efficient lighting, and modern HVAC controls to improve occupant comfort and long-term operational performance. In addition, Sensyst managed the procurement and installation of furniture to align with the client’s brand and to meet their growth needs and budget.
